Provision Procurement Group, operating under Sims Business Ventures LLC, was founded to bring disciplined procurement and value-added reselling services to government buyers and the primes who support them.

We were built from the ground up for the compliance environment — registered in SAM.gov from day one, aligned to federal acquisition standards, and actively pursuing Virginia SWaM certification to serve the Commonwealth through eVA.
